Client was given a 36 month enhanced sentence in Federal Court for allegedly being the leader of the “One Order” gang in Kingston, Spanish Towne, Jamaica. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the sentence enhancement and remanded the case for resentencing. (2017)
