Client was extradited from Colombia to Tampa on a narcotics conspiracy indictment alleging transportation of multiple tons of cocaine. A Rule 35 motion was obtained resulting in a sentence reduction from 22 years to “time served” allowing client to go home 17 years early. (2015)
