​The following is a partial list of recent cases and the results obtained by Martin L. Roth:

1. Circuit Court Miami-Dade County, client arrested at a marijuana "grow house." All charges dismissed after remand to trial court by the Florida Supreme Court, and after motion to suppress granted. (2011)

2. Circuit Court, Palm Beach County, Florida, client indicted for first degree murder. Client acquitted of all charges by jury verdict. (2011)

3. Circuit Court Broward County, Florida, client charged with Aggravated Assault by Strangulation, Kidnapping and Aggravated Battery. All charges dismissed. (2011)

4. Circuit Court, Miami-Dade County, client charged with  Robbery with a Firearm. All charges dismissed. (2010)

5. United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, client charged with Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute Marijuana over 100 kiligrams. Dismissal of conspiracy charge, time served plea to "failure to heave to" charge. (2011)

6. United States District Court, Southern District Of Florida, client acquitted by jury of Possession of a Firearm during a Narcotics Offense. (2010)

7. Client arrested on a final order of deportation/removal, transported in custody from Krome Detention Center, Miami to Immigration Detention Center, Oakdale, Louisiana. Motion to Reopen filed and granted, client released on bond,  returned to Miami, and client granted permanent residence (green card) by Immigration Judge. (2011)

8.  Client arrested in Miami and transferred to Oakdale, Louisiana for removal proceedings after a criminal conviction. Deportation trial conducted in Oakdale  and client granted cancellation of removal, restoring him to permanent residence status (2011)

9. Clients, husband and wife, placed in deportation proceedings in Miami, Florida after living in an unlawful status in the United States more than 10 years with two U.S. born children. Clients granted cancellation of removal and awarded permanent residence (green cards). (2012)

10. Husband and wife with one US citizen child granted cancellation of removal in Orlando, Florida by Immigration Judge. (2012)

11. Client charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Broward County Circuit Court. Case dismissed after filing Florida Stand Your Ground immunity motion. (2012)

​12. Client charged with 8 counts in Federal Court with Robbery of a Brinks truck resulting in the homicide of the Brinks courier. Case tried to a jury in Fort Lauderdale resulting in dismissal of 7 counts, including the homicide charge. (2013)

​13. Client charged with trafficking in cocaine carrying a 15 year minimum/mandatory prison sentence. After  a motion to dismiss was filed alleging police misconduct client was offered and accepted a plea to probation. (2014)

14. Client charged with capital sexual battery on a minor in Fort Myers. Defendant was acquitted of all charges by a jury. (2015)

15, Client was extradited from Colombia  to Tampa on a narcotics conspiracy indictment alleging transportation of multiple tons of cocaine. A Rule 35 motion was obtained resulting in a sentence reduction from  22 years to "time served" allowing client to go home 17 years early. (2015)

16. Client was charged with possession of heroin and introduction of heroin into a state penitentiary. Client was acquitted of all charges by a jury in Glades County, Florida. (2016)

17. Client was charged with maintaining a grow house  and felony possession of marijuana. The Court in Broward County granted a motion to suppress all evidence resulting in dismissal of all charges. (2016)
